dialog alert when disable.
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=30642

   Mac OS X Version 10.6.2 (Build 10C540)
   Processor: 2 Intel 2.33 GHz
   RAM: 2048 MB

Precondition: Bookmarks sync enabled with some account

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Chrome --> "Bookmarks synced..."
2. Go Preferences --> Personal Stuff --> Bookmark sync
3. Click "Stop syncing this account" button

Actual: Bookmark sync disables but "Stop syncing this account" dialog
alert  doesn't show up.
After clicking the button label "Stop syncing this account" changes
