New issue 30860 by patrick.dennis: Web page displays differently in Safari
and Chrome
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=30860

Chrome Version : 4.0.249.30
URLs (if applicable) : www.joefoss.com
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
      Safari 4: OK
   Firefox 3.x: OK
          IE 7: OK
          IE 8: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Simply load the home page

What is the expected result?
THe red bar, indicating what page you are on (below the primary nav)
should align with the blue bar (and does in IE7/8, Safari and Ffx.

What happens instead?
1. The red bar below the main nav items is not aligned properly in Chrome
but is in the other browsers. Below the main nav, the red bar renders too
high.
2. Below the Donate Now and Contact Us nav (far right), the red bar
renders too low.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
