JPeg file size is actually 7408 x 4856. I think you are reporting a scaled
down as
viewed file size. File size is correct.

Confirmed, does also not load with Chrome 0.4.154.29 on XP SP3.
Works fine with IE 7.0 and Safari 3.1.2 (525.21) on same PC.
JPeg file is 1240 x 813 pixels and 417348
