What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Upload video to youtube
2.

What is the expected result?
Video should upload first try.
What happens instead?
Video uploading to YouTube on Chromium build 4309 appears to be broken.
I've tried 5 times now. Then I tried in Chrome Dev build 0.3.154.9 and it
worked fine the first try.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
