more info:
this bug usually happens when the tab loads in background (middle click).
also, maybe it's related to the bug where the flash video

I'm not sure if the website tracks if you watch "fullscreen" and
automatically starts
the player in this mode. But I know it doesn't automatic

It happens all the time in gametrailers.com (when it launches the loaded
clip in
fullscreen/fit to screen), but it not all the time... maybe relate
