In FF, Safari, and Chrome, the arrow key always follows visual order.
Only in IE, arrow key followings logic order in English text in mixed

i just tried it with the latest trunk
and what i wrote in Issue 3830 is still applicable:

Please note that the first too cases don't fail on Chrome, Safari, and
Firefox -
rather these browsers are implementing visual carent movement

The latest build (2.0.156.1) solved the problem for a text with RTL
language only.
