New issue 4892 by jonathangong: Chrome unable to resolve any website

Chrome Version       : 0.4.154.25
URLs (if applicable) : ALL
Other browsers tested:
          IE 7: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Launching any site in Chrome shows "This webpage is not available."

What is the expected result? This is fine on IE but makes Chrome unusable.


What happens instead?


Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible. I'm on Win XP SP 3. Chrome worked great until this last release.
