All has been corrected - I am not sure why - I did everything by
reinstalling Chrome,
to the flash and Java and updating everything. It works fin

Do you perhaps errantly use HOSTS to block undesirable content? Or use
adblocking
software that interacts with the winsock?

I can't reproduce it either, using 0.4.154.31 and XP SP3. Try disabling
your anti-
virus momentarily, I had a similar problem in the past and it was

I'm using Windows XP - Service Pack 3 and PCCillin 2007. Chrome was
working well,
until an update came out from Java and also Chrome updated to 0
