In Chrome when using this method on a pop-up window, the window is popped up on the very top and left corner of screen, regardless of the real "left" and "top" property specified in the window.open() method. The 2nd one is javascript DOM method window.moveTo(). In Chrome when using this method on a pop-up window, the pop-up window is resized to a very small one, regardless of the real "width" and "height" property specified in the window.open() method.
