this is not fixed in 2.0.159.0
Steps to reproduce:
1. creace folder on a bookmark's bar.
2. add 2 bookmarks there.
3. middle-click this folder to open to bookmarks

Tabs also randomly seem to be able to restore themselves. Also, maybe
related, with
reduced tabs, the download arrow seems to linger at the top of the page
