I am seeing this problem with multiple pages; it is inconsistent, i.e.,
sometimes the

I think that http://mc.manuscriptcentral.com/spl-ieee/ is totally different
from
Issue 7082 (which has now been fixed in the released 2.0.160.0) and a new

same issue here... a big problem actually. many tables are not being
displayed
correctly... even reviews on amazon.com (for example).

I'm having the same issue, but, part of the page is displayed properly. It

parts of the page with tables are more prone to this issue.
