It looks like Excite email is now working in 1.0.154.x. I'm not sure what
got fixed
here. I'm closing out this bug.

I have this exact issue also. My Excite and I-won account both do this.
Only with Google browser. Very very annoying

This is pretty frustrating. I can get into my Excite email with any other
browser
except Chrome. When your main email source is Excite, this is annoying.
