New issue 8260 by jonathan.wong: Quirky Text Selection at the End of Lines
http://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=8260

Chrome Version : 2.0.166.1
URLs (if applicable) : hotmail
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
     Firefox 3: OK
          IE 7: OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Find an email in which the end of the paragraph does not end with
punctuation.
2. Double click the last word

What is the expected result?
Double clicking a word usually selects only that word.

What happens instead?
Instead, the word and much more space below it is selected. However, this
is not true of every line without punctuation. See the test images below.
I am able to reproduce it with the time stamp consistently, however, it
depends on the way the email is formatted if the content reacts the same
way or not.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
