The bug has to do with the destructors for RenderProcess & MessageLoopForIO
and how they interact with
IPC::SyncChannel in RendererMain().

A WaitableEventWatcher is watching a WaitableEvent, but the WaitableEvent
has been
deleted. It seems that you can get away with this on Windows
