I have a variant on this theme. I've still got two versions of Chrome in use from when multiple profiles were available. on my "primary" version of Chrome, no jump lists even after trying Ahines57's suggestion. On my "secondary" version of the jump list works fine (and was working even before I tried Ahines57's suggestion).
