The issue is observed in the following langs too : sv fi da, pt-PT, ro, hu,

I checked in a change that fixed this for many non-English locales; a basic
problem was

The sizing of this dialog is already localizable via:
IDS_SYNC_SETUP_WIZARD_WIDTH_CHARS and IDS_SYNC_SETUP_WIZARD_HEIG
