IIRC the radio buttons were added to make it match the section above.
I agree they are a bit excessive.

in that old mock, why did form autofill have a checkbox, whereas now it is
two radio
buttons? generally, why use two radio

Having hacked this up locally, I find that the plain "Import data..."
button is now
not very explanatory, so maybe the text
