I just tested it with latest beta.
The problem is still there even in 4.0.249.64.

Anyhow it's Windows XP SP2.
It happens on multiple pc with same OS.

Sorry.. I didn't specify the OS... Windows XP. But I think the problem is
somewhere in
webkit gradients or scrollbar code.
