BBC posted this last paragraph in a 2000 article about Lockerbie
that I was yapping about repeatedly right after 9-11.

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/777974.stm

I have followed the story of the Libya sanctions having read this a
few years ago .. what I repeatedly saw was Qaddafi trying to name
the price of how much compensation to pay, saying he would pay any
ridiculous figure. The US and UK insisted, however, that it is not
enough to pay an enormous amount of cash despite zero proof of
Libyan culpability and much proof of fake witnesses fingering Libya,
that the only acceptable resolution was for Libya to admit guilt.
That went on for years and years until the country was crippled
immeasurably. Then Libya decided they had no choice but to admit
guilt.

It is of course very sad that so much human toil in Libya can be
caused by the corrupt state of international law...

The psych war is the same as 9-11, London bombings, Iraq and Iran,
that everyone believes the CIA and not Qaddafi because the CIA is
James Bond and the 'enemy' looks different and wears strange
outfits. I don't want to know how far that ruse will go, but we
will find out, I suppose.
