The description of NT Rename (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa302258.aspx) seems to be orphaned. Shouldn't this simply be added to MS-SMB (and the undescribed fields e.g. "ClusterCount" described)? I see reasonably current Windows clients (e.g. WIndows XP and Vista) still send this.
