This patch work for the Title plugin has been checked into GIT. I checked

This was also checked into GIT and with the mgdiff compare, I did not spot
any anomalies. I tested a few translations using ru for the language in
Cinelerra and used Google translate to check a few phrases. Thank you

Great Phyllis, I ran into a bug with html tags, but this is from long
before Andrew's changes.

The Reset All button works wonderfully, and can even be undone if you want

read "Reset" for a very good reason. Other languages that already have a
"Reset" translation in the po file, will automatically have this already
