This looks like the ffmpeg configure output. Cinelerra uses ffmpeg and
compiles that as part of the build process. I would be more concerned
with the last part of the ./configure output looks like. At the very
end it should tell you the libraries you are missing. You can use that
list to make sure

You're going to need a lot more development libraries
When I ran the configure script for cinelerra it told me gave the following:
--- FFMPEG CONFIGURATION SECTION --
quicktime/ffmpeg/configure --disable-altivec
Install prefix /usr/local
Source path /home/jovan/hvirtual/quicktime/ffmpeg
C compiler gcc
make make
