you can configure your router like this;

just make sure that the DLSw referneces the loopback addresses and that you are using somncaething like eigrp. Put a default router to the other side BRI with a higher admin distance - such as 200 for example. It will work.. I have it working here

Small issue regarding DLSW, I want to enable it on two router using Cisco 3640 on serial and use ISDN as a backup. Is there any special configuration required to use isdn backup for dlsw?
I would really appreciate if anyone send me sample configuration if its doable?
