HELP needed ON FR SWITCHING ON ISDN [7:13466]

Hi Needs some insight if you can provide . My set up is like router(1) BRI--isdn-(BRI)router(2)Serail---FR SWITCH.router(3) My layer 2 comes up when route1 dials into router 2 , but can't ping router 3. THE pvc between router
