site to site VPN with PIX / Router

Hello, I'm in the process of doing site to site VPN with different remote offices we have. We have anywhere from 3 to 15 employees in each location and we have 7 locations worldwide including 4 in US. I need suggestions on what to use, i'm thinking of doing site to site VPN with PIX. I can't seem

Modem baud rate
