My opinion is that if you have to choice only one between CIPT y CVOICE , could be more conveniente to take CIPT due to IP Telephony (CallManager,IP Telephones, Gateways ,etc )is a field with more perspectives of future expecially thinking that is cheaper than PBX , more ductile and largely deployable . And otherwise its logica could be harder to study by yourself.
