Problem with Cisco 2505? [7:16758]

problem in connect to AGS+ Console port [7:27944]

I need your help. I have problem in connect to AGS+ Console port. I do use a null modem cable DB-25(male) to DB-9(female) and set up the terminal as follows: 9600 baud, 8 data bits, no parity, and 1 stop bits. But, I still could not communicated with the AGS+ router. What do I missing... >>
