You did not mention it, but I assume you have sub interfaces with ISL
encapsulation on
the routers , the same as the VLAN os the switches..
What happens when you do a sh stan from each router ?

I agree with those who say Don't do it.
I did it once, I am still at that job. It is OK, but had I investigated
it brfore making the move, I would have felt better about my decission.

If you are a CCNP , you are a CCNA.
As sad as it is, the recruters/ HR people hold the cards.
So play the game, list both CERTS. You might even convience them the CCNP
is more
valuable that than a CCIE. If they dont speak knowlegely of CCNP, sell
them anything
they'll buy. Don't think for a
