HELP:Cisco 4500 boot problems

I have problems with my router due to corrupt files on bootflash. I can only boot from ROM and I cant figure out how to load back the configuration files I backed up on TFTP. The only connection I have is through the rommon prompt and I cant figure out how to restore bootflash, flash or reload the

Help Startup problems .

Group Just playing with my router in the morning and it seems my router has lost all the configuration . The only prompt i get rommon . How can I get the router to boot correctly from bootflash or just get some minimal configuration giong so I can get to the ethernet interface. Thank ye all _
