Another thing to try if you don't have a large budget is load balancing on a
Linux box.

have plenty of equipment sitting
around to use for study labs. My company has said they will pay for
training so I am looking at Global Knowledge and IT Academy prep courses.
If anyone has any recommendations on training please let me know.

I can't believe that I just failed the CID by six questions. I did not fail
because I do not understand network design, I failed because the test was so
horribly written. The questions were not hard, they were vague. There were
several questions with typos and errors. This test was as bad
I found my documentation and of course my memory had failed me. The ports
for napster are ,6699,,9009. I think blocking these will disable
napster.
