newbie??? Slow between networks

hello, Excuse the question, it may seem easy, but forgive me because I'm relatively new. I have 2 2501 routersand 4 computers. Two act as servers (NT 4.0 SP6) on each side. Originally I had this set up as a segmented network. Router_A is E0 10.0.1.1, S0 is 10.1.1.1. Server_A is 10.0.1.10 with
