I don't know of a book that focuses just on PIX, but I think the "Managing
Cisco Network Security" by Michael Wenstrom ISBN 1578701031 is good.

I used "CIT Cisco Internetworking Troubleshooting" by Thomas M. Thomas and
CCNP Support Study Guide by Todd Lammle. These books were a great help, I
also read a few chapters of the Cisco CIT book.

Sounds like you need to clear the nat translations before trying to delete
this nat entry. Try "clear ip nat translation *".
