CCIE written - Survey before or after

A few weeks ago someone had posted a message about a "survey, on which how you answer determines the passing score..." before the CCIE written exam. Could anyone please clarify this as I will be taking the test next week and want to clear as many doubts as I can about the same. thanks ___
