Hello,... I changed my configuration somewhat, and removed a module. But my cisco 2620 still wont dial out.!!.can someone look at the configuration and the error out put and let me know what may still be the cause.(Layer 1. and layer 2. -isdn events- are ok, but theres still no connection)

tried changing the Isdn switch type, then got this message:---> 08:34:32: No dialer db, manual isdn call can't dial out So, it cant be that i guess. Anyhow, the service provider is Deutsche Telekomm ,so i guess they MUST already support it already I suppose! Thanx alot for the hintand keep

This is true alright Charles, but it isnt a must that the "dialer map" statement is used. you can also use the "dialer string" statement.it all depends on wether you are using the ppp authentication "chap" command. This is not where my problem lies. Thanx for your effort anyway. cheers! -u
