PIX mem upgrade..

Hi.. I am in the process of ordering a new PIX 515 with the unrestricted software feature. The documentation says the Random Access Memory for 515 is 64mb. Can this be upgraded to 128kb? What is the maximum RAM capacity? Clarification is appreciated. Thanks Vasudev.
