Hi Russ
Layer 3 switching is actually use the concept of "route once, switch many".
Its mean that the first packet is go through the route processor and the
subsequence packets is "switch" over to the destination port.
Layer 3 routing which is every packets is process by the router.
Hi guys, I just finished the BCMSN training today and have to sit for the

Senario:-
I have a Cisco 4000 router.
Ser 0 is direct connect to ISP through 64 K leased line.
Now I installed another 128 K leased line which connect to my HQ. From
there connect to another ISP.
Lan IP is 192.228.156.0
Ser0 is 164.142.2.201 (to my ISP)
Ser1 is 164.147.52.201
then
it will route to my HQ.
2. which routing protocol I should use? (OSPF/IGRP...)
3. example of the routing table...
