You dont have enough free space in your flash to hold the new image ..free
it up or upload a IP only image via xmodem and then upgrade it to the
required one ...

I think you eitehr have ip only or ip plus image. You will be needing an
Enterprise feature set IOS for adding vty lines..Check out for a "j"in the
