Cisco VPN between two site on the same IP scheme [7:26346]

Hello, I've got two sites which use the same IP address (but there is no duplicate IP address) and I want to encrypt the serial link between them. So is it possible to create a VPN with a bridging configuration ? or do I need nat ? regards, steve ___
