PRI to BRI [7:48782]

Hi everybody; I have Cisco3661 ,connected to PRI line ( with NM-1CE1B) and also It has WIC-BRI S/T card. Is it possible to connect the Video Conferencing unit (via S/T port) to Cisco's S/T card and call to other video conferencing unit via PRI line...Note: This is usually done via PBX ( PRI to
