Thanks for replying. I have already tried this many times. But the status remains the same. Let me tell you more in details: on sup1 mod only status LED is not glowing where all 3 LED's are gree. on sup2(redudent) mod status LED is Orange , system LED is green , 3rd LED is not glowing and 4ht is
