I just got DSL. I have a 2611 and want to use this as
a firewall since this is a 24X7X365 connection. I
found out my DSL router changes the IP every 24hours.
I have found a command that allows me to receive an IP
address on E0 or E1, which ever I choose as the
outside interface, and want to know if I am on the
right track. I know it is probably not recommended,
but this is all I have and would like to work with it.
If this is cool, can I also utilize NAT/PAT and just
specify ethernetX instead of a static IP? Any help
and constructive comments would be appreciated.

Julius
