Can anyone please advise me of what is wrong with my
Switch? It keeps rebooting and rebooting into this

Looks like a hardware problem to me. What does the TAC say? Or your
favorite of
A couple of thoughts on this matter. First, what changed? Is
this a new switch, or is this a switch you have been using that
all of a sudden woke up one day and started getting problems?
Did somebody attempt to upgrade the operating system? Can you
get into diagnostic mode?
