I believe in this case, your ATM SCR = FR CIR in the network, so if you set it at 384PCR 384SCR on the router, then you are telling the router to push the traffic and treat this PVC as a 384K pipe. At the same time, your FR side and the provider network sees traffic coming in at 384, but it knows
