For some reason this router keeps getting this error when I do a show version; System returned to ROM by error - a SegV exception, PC 0x801B32F8 Does any one know what is causing this? I looked it up (CCO) and I did not find anything so we ended up opening up case with cisco. Thanks in advance

Since you didn't list which model of router you actually have or the version of IOS, config, etc., I would guess that it is a memory issue and/or an IOS issue or old bootrom not support by your current IOS Just some generic stuff that could affect any router. Scotty Message Posted at:
