FYI - to save on shipping, and if you do not mind a trip to the bookstore, if you go to your local Books-A-Million you can order the book from them. When it arrives at the store they will contact you and you will gladly pay for your book with the "millionaire's club" discount of course. And save the hipping costs... I have been able to purchase at least 2 to 3 other books from the monies saved..!!
