for a flavor of Unix?

Mark,
I've used MRTG for years. Unless they have made some serious changes to it,
it's still a monitoring tool, not management.

Check out dummynet (man dummynet) - I know it comes standard with FreeBSD,
and probably other *nix.

What do you want to do? DO you want to monitor your bandwidth, if yes
you can use MRTG
(http://people.ee.ethz.ch/~oetiker/webtools/mrtg/mrtg.html)
But if you wanna make some restirictions on your bandwidth use this
