The port for Internet Relay Chat (IRC) is 194 for UDP and TCP. In fact, after block TCP and UDP port 194, IRC traffic seems to be going through still. However blocking that port does block out much IRC traffic because IRC seems to be using random ports as well such as 7000, 6000, etc. Can
