I read most of "ISP Survival Guide" by Geoff Huston. It's good, but I would imagine at a higher level than Howard's book. Higher-level as in the 1000-ft view rather than the down-in-the trenches view. Huston's book is highly technical, don't get me wrong, but I think it's more for the technica
