CCIE Written All in one [7:34835]

That book is a great complete book. But I would use along with that Hassam Halabi Internet Routing Architectures 2nd Edition, and TCP/IP routing volume 1 and 2. Those books cover a great deal of info. With these books and a bit of experience of course I think that will get you through.
