What kind of phone system needs someone to get to level of being able to use it a year later? A 12 year old can learn how to use any phone system in the world in less than 20mins. I guess in mentortech, they are looking for the Queen of experience. I know the reality is every employer is looking for experienced people, but it does not mean it is not rediculous, at least in my eyes. The first one implented MPLS on their proudction network had to use "inexperienced" engineers doing it, I am pretty sure about that. Just my .02.
